I’ve been slacking on my weight loss because of my high anxiety. So I’ve been taking meds that make me hungry at inconsistent times instead of right before I go to bed. I weighed myself this morning and I was 171. I’m pretty sure that’s legit what I weigh since this eating pattern has been going on for several days. Today I had cereal for breakfast and then I went out to lunch and I had a small sirloin steak and a sweet potato with everything on it. I may have some cereal although I’m very tired right now. I’m at 950 calories right now.
