I'm not really sure how to ask this, because I feel ashamed, dirty and hate red toward me. The other nite I did a self harm during the night while I was sleeping, but it was like I watching myself sleep but was hurting myself. I was watching myself sexually abused myself, I couldn't stop it. All I could do was watch and feel the pain.I am hurting from it. Am I going Crazy? Plus I don't know where some of the items used was at to begin with. Could this be considered out of body? Thanks i
