Today I weighed 167.2. Man does this weight come on and off quickly. That’s why I have to be so particular. Yesterday for dinner I had about 1/4 cup of pasta. So I was under 1100 calories. Today I plan on eating a combination of healthy and not healthy foods. I plan on having harvest pasta and butternut squash pasta sauce for lunch, and Salomon and quinoa for dinner. For breakfast I had 2 cups of Cookie Crisp cereal. For my morning snack I’ll have a chocolate Dr. Pepper and for my afternoon snack I’ll have a tomato and basil rice cake and a serving of Goldfish crackers. I have down 1,216 calories.
