I was posting in the wrong thread. Anyway today i weighed myself on the gym scale. 251. Pretty cool. Its one of those scales where you have to mpve the little weights over on the arm. It was really cool being at 1 lb. I dont remember seeing the next level down, altho i know i was there about 20 years ago, i was about 20 lbs lighter.
I know ive been eating a lot less sweets for the past while. I was listing them and i deleted it! Ive also been overeating less often. I have learned that after i have had a serving, not to have a second, even if i think i am still really hungry; i have fruit or veg. Also i dont keep white bread in the house. Also stopped with the peanut butter. Dairy of any kind is an occasional treat.
I need to track this on my WW account. Or maybe i will wait and see what it reads on my home scale. I put on a pair a jeans that were new but i dont remember wearing. I was feeling slim! But i am definitely getting old ladys body!
