hey @Armadillo Roll : You need to see an ENT pronto about the tinitis and vertigo. Would you be able to leave house if you had to? When I was agoraphobic I couldnt. I dont know how comfortable you are sharing a state and you dont have to but I am really good at getting info about stuff, especially medical stuff. I am a vaccine outreach person and a "vaccine angel" and Ive been helping people get vaccine appointments- well at least until the summer but boosters are coming so I will be doing more soon.
