Binged last night and it showed on the scale this morning. Really upset and kinda feel at risk for another binge so I'm drinking lots of liquids and chewing gum instead. My "I'm confident in myself and practice self-compassion" sticker keeps falling off and I think that goes with me struggling with the self-compassion bit. I was going to celebrate being 6 months sober today with a chocolate but after last night I don't think I can.
