I was 170 today. I’m trying not to overeat but not to deny myself what I want either. I am trying to ease up on the soda though. I need to do some legit grocery shopping because I really don’t have any food besides snacks candy cereal and ramen.
But I’m pretty sure sleeping badly for so long has something to do with why I’m not losing weight and am hungry a lot of the time. It’s called decision fatigue.
