Ugh I’m having a panic attack and feel weird

Idk if it’s from caffeine or the famotidine

I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to go to the park today. I might have to wait till next weekend when I’m adjusted to the new med. it’s raining today anyway. I hate starting new meds. I always freak out and think they’ll kill me
