Question: When talking to mental health professionals do you find it easy to open up? To talk freely about your life and mental health state?

For the most part, yes, but it can depend on the individual doctor or therapist. If they don't make me feel at ease, I can sometimes put up what I call a "glass wall", to a degree. Or even with them I might yap a lot, but more out of anxiety.

What is something you used to like and do/have a lot that you rarely do or have, nowadays?
