I could not be better! Busier than a bumblebee, I feel grateful for my life and what I have. Still compliant, I am stable! Please don't give up! Life is sometimes a roller coaster ride. I encourage those to keep going forward despite setbacks and obstacles. I know depression, psychosis, mania are not easy to deal with. But, we must not think these episodes define us or our lives. Please persist!! Remember no matter how hard it becomes, we should think of better days ahead. Please don't dwell on the negative. I love you all!! It breaks my heart when I read that some of you are suffering. I've been there so don't give up- sleep it off and take it easy. Please take it one day at a time. Hugs to you all!!
