Time goes fast. I overslept at Sunday. Luckily for me my church has several sermons at Sundays, so I participated in one in the afternoon. I felt tiered during Monday. Tuesday I went hiking for 1 1/2 hour. Good beginning! (I didn't dare to go longer, I had forgotten my diabetes equipment at home and my water bottle). Rested when home after the hike.
Today my plans are:
- Enjoy surfing at Internet.
- Repeat notes.
- Self-hypnosis.
- Do bedroom, bathroom and entrance.
- De-clutter living room.
