I think Vraylar makes me dizzy, I've been on it about 4 months so far and it hasn't gone away. I can't speak for nausea though but I imagine it's like other similar meds (I'm thinking of Abilify because that made me nauseous at first and it's an atypical antipsychotic as well) where it would lessen or go away over time. If it doesn't go away and is really bothersome you could ask your pdoc to lower the dose.
