I fell asleep pretty quickly around 6 or 7. I had a giant fleece blanket and my fan was turned on. Then I woke up at 11:45. I ate a piece of bread and then I fell back asleep until 3. Which was ok for me since I wanted to listen to some podcasts anyways.
I feel ok today. Not as anxious as yesterday.
