Yo not the greatest advice I can give, but Discord is always good. And I know I sound weird, but Wattpad too. Just search up depressing stuff and follow and comment on those asking for support. Lots of people will reach out. I did that and people would give me daily check-ins to make sure I was still alive, and if I had eaten ect. Sounds crazy and it is, but they helped me get through tough days.
