Its funny the way my hunger goes up and down. Or should i say annoying! Im probably thirsty. For bkfast i just had a coffee and a canned potato, plain tuna, and cup of cream of mushroom soup kinda casserole. I mean all i did was pour the made soup over the pot and tuna. Still thats like 500 calories. Then again, my tummy felt so good afterwards. I do have a soup cookbook around here somewhere. If i ever get the kitchen cleaned. Which i am actually working on today.
The mushroom soup is not the healthiest but it makes the meal tasty.
