Yesterday I was driving down the road and started to feel really shaky and then all of the sudden I remember pulling the car over because I could not focus and then my heart started to beat so hard I could see it pounding through my shirt.......then everything went blank for I have no Idea how long!! My 3 year old son was in the car with me and that was the only thing that came to mind and I started to become myself again, but still could not think of where I was or anything! I know my hands and legs were numb and shaky and I felt very weak.

I had somebody take me to my doc. cause I had no idea what had happened. He said that I had an anxiety attack! Is that what has happened to anybody else?

he prescribed me something called xanax (I think that is how it is spelled) and told me to take it asap if it happens again. Please let me know if this has ever happened to anybody else
