I didn't. To me (not others -you all do you), commenting on appearance seems to imply a familiarity which I did not have with therapist and in general I would not have thought it my place to do so nor theirs to comment on mine. And their office was not mine and I figured they intended it to be uncomfortable or gooey or whatever and commenting would be useless and not my place.
