It's okay if you like this approach. Annnnnd it's okay if you don't. It's also okay if you choose to stay with her... and it's okay if you don't!

You can choose. You can choose to stay with her if you like it and it works.

And you can choose to not stay with her if it just isn't working for you. It won't mean you're "bad at therapy" or "don't want to do the work". It would just mean that her approach and manner isn't one that works for you. And that would be okay!
