I don't like it when L changes anything in her office. She lets me know when something does change so I'm prepared. The most recent thing was she added a picture that I didn't like, and I told her so.

As far as her appearance, I do comment on it from time to time, but never as a criticism. It's always been a compliment. I think L is beautiful and has her own unique dress style. I've never thought anything bad of her looks.
