Hi @Moose72 - I sometimes find these kinds of tests a little disheartening. I try not to focus entirely on them.
It may be escapism or may just be plain good self care, but I try to focus more on what I am doing right. Every right thing helps. Sometimes just smiling a little when I wake up helps start my day with a little joy. It can't hurt.
