definitely skip the caffeine. i love my cokes and tea but if i drink too much then my anxiety/frustration increases with energy. have you got any relaxing hot tea to drink? maybe a calm relaxing shower. one DBT skill is the TIP skill which stands for temperature (think cold water to the face), intense exercise (running in place maybe) and paced breathing (slow that breathing down to a calm level)
