I’ve been struggling with getting up at a reasonable time without a schedule for awhile now. Some things I’d recommend:
-Great a bigger goals (Get up M-F by 9am)
-Then break down that into small, easy steps (Turn off devices by 11pm, in bed by 12:30)
-I’ve found it can be easier focusing on the time you got to bed first, rather than the time you get up. Then start shifting your bedtime easier by 15 minutes
