I too have an alter at age 2, it was very hard to reach out to her but patience and alot of inside work helped me reach out to her. We had to build a special safe room for her, it has alot of stuffed animals, everything is soft nothing for her to get hurt on.
I'd tell you more but I have therapy soon, my turn to be exhausted and strung out. SOmedaysI hate going to therapy.
