I have such a ongoing struggle with Anxiety and I lose my temper quick over dumb stuff
Nothing like I did on Wednesday thankfully. Still guilt on top of the guilt I already have. I have been journaling which is going well as far as dumping contents of my brain out daily or every other day.
Now that fall is here I can't wait to make cold weather food.. First up is Chili !
