I just had my annual check up with the bipolar longitudinal study people. They are sending me $135. I must've missed a questionair because it's usually $150. Meh!

I'm going to the grocery store with N3 in a bit. I actually wrote a list. That's good. I discovered that my ranch in the fridge expired in 2014!!! YUCK! Guess it's time in general to clean out the fridge.
