My therapist actually called me, we have an appt tomorrow but she gave me some resources and was glad my mom was over. I did spend the weekend with her, she said I wasn't myself.

Today my blood pressure was super high, now I have to check it and call a doctor if still high. my blood pressure is usually low normal. 120's over 70's. today it was 171/102.

physically and mentally I'm falling apart.
