I had an instant cup of mac and cheese and a 20oz Vanilla Coke for breakfast. I had a little container of mixed berries and a protein shake for a morning snack. I got Chinese food which will be for both lunch and dinner. I’m roughly around 1300 calories. But I’ve had my carbs, fruit, and protein and I had a zero sugar Gatorade and a bottle of light body armor. So I’ve had electrolytes and other vitamins too.
