Do you have a VPN outside of your antivirus, such as through your internet service provider? Perhaps check on that, but do turn your antivirus back on. You don't want it off for a prolonged period of time. You need your antivirus on. Your settings is all that you needed to check though.

The VPN is sometimes a separate feature outside of the antivirus. Try looking into that.
