I didn’t sleep too well. I did take a 10 mil melatonin before going to bed. But I really need 20mil to fall asleep and to sleep ok. I was watching TV in my room for most of the afternoon and until about 7PM. They say only to use your bedroom for sleep but here I am with a 33 inch screen mounted on the wall directly in front of my bed.
But I was doing laundry too but then I fell asleep before the second load was dry. I woke up around 9 or so to turn off the dryer which was going on and off. It does that so your clothes don’t get wrinkled I think. Then I fell back asleep and woke up close to 1AM. I tried my music and I didn’t have any luck. Finally I took 30 mil of melatonin around 2:30. But I didn’t take any Benadryl or any zzquil gummies. I fell asleep for an hour or 2. I’ve been up for less then an hour but it’s still very early.
I’m used to 30 mil of melatonin so it’s not a big deal. And the first 10mil was hours before the 30mil.
Edit: I drank a protein shake and 3 zero sugar cream soda Dr. Peppers so I feel fine now.
