My deja vu used to be pretty frequent until i went on topamax, which stopped other mild epileptic symptoms i had always experienced (the jacksonian or johnsonian march - i cant keep my presidents straight!).

So yeah i could see it being related to ECT. A deja vu actually electrical / a mild brain seizure. I would discuss with your dr.
