1. Deleting my Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram accounts (I'm only on forums now).
2. Meeting with my therapist on Zoom twice a week (I met with her today).
3. Scheduling online group games with other veterans via the local VAMC's Recreational Rehabilitation program through their VVC once or twice per month (I play Scattegories in a couple of weeks).
4. Watching a new short-lived television series on Netflix ("Designated Survivor" - it only lasted 3 seasons, and I'm on Season 2 and currently binge-watching).
5. Upgraded my laptop and desktop to Windows 11 successfully, including all the updates.
