It was a late night last night and I really wanted McDonald’s. I think the only thing that was opened though was Taco Bell. So I just came home and fell asleep. Today I had a protein shake and 3 cans of zero sugar soda for breakfast. I got coffee and I had some Greek yogurt and a little cup of macaroni and cheese for lunch. Now I’m eating a can of potato’s. My mom is making some kinda chicken that she mixes in with Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese. I’m just really glad she’s not making another pork roast like she always does when the family is over for dinner. It’s either pork roast or chicken but at least this time it’s not just plain chicken. Right now I’m at about 1210 calories with the chicken added in. I have to get my weekly shot tonight and it always makes me hungry the next day. Im feeling it right now being without it but I wish I could wait until tomorrow night. I’m at 165 right now and I’d like to get to at least 162 by the end of the month.
