I am sorry you are struggling with writing.
I personally know a person who might be able to help. Her name is
Evelyn Krieger. She graduated from Harvard, and she both writes and homeschools children as well as helps both high schoolers and college students with their college and grad applications, respectively. She has a blog (I linked it above with her name), and I think you can contact her through that blog. She's really nice. She might be inundated with work, since this pandemic meant more homeschooling for many concerned parents. She might be a good resource regarding publishing.
I am not that good of a writer, and I need to improve my vocabulary. I don't have any desire to publish books, but I loved research before my disabilities worsened. I read your post here and thought I'd reply, since I can relate to your pain of not yet having your dreams fulfilled. I hope one day you do!
