I was hungry and crabby and I ate a giant 420 calorie pumpkin muffin. But I’ve been doing good and still staying on track. I plan on having a can of potato’s for dinner and a sugar free pudding for a snack. I upped my calories to 1,350 to see if that would help.
But I really want to take my Geodon right now and it would probably help me a lot but I’m trying to hang on for at least another hour
