My weight was 169. I was hoping to be 167. It takes one day to gain 5 pounds and a week to lose it. Yeah I know I said I wouldn’t weigh myself but I honestly don’t get it. But I had a lot of sodium yesterday. So far today I’ve had a 420 calorie muffin at 3:30AM so I should probably eat something now. I didn’t have the energy to make it to the grocery store and I need some stuff but I can wait another day. My mom bought $500 worth of beef and I prefer meat from cans. I am strange.

My therapist who knows about EDs says I should be eating more protein and my mom has said the same thing. The only way I know how to eat a ton of protein is to chug a 30gram protein drink. She had suggested them and even gave me one during our session last Monday. So I ordered a case of cake batter flavored ones but I sent it to the wrong address. I got it fixed but now it’s not coming until Tuesday.
