I was 168 today and I was surprised because I ordered pizza and cheesy bread for lunch yesterday and I had some ice cream. So far today I had some white cheddar goldfish and a chili cheese dog and a sugar free pudding. I also had a glass of iced coffee and 3 diet Dr. Peppers with vanilla syrup flavoring. I had a chobani pumpkin yogurt too. I have 200 calories left and I may just have an English muffin with some apple butter for dinner. I’m not sure exactly what can be made with 200 calories. 3oz of chicken maybe. Or a salmon filet has 100 calories
My mom said she’s making salmon anyways. So I can have that and another pudding or something for a snack.
