I haven't been as focused on losing weight lately due to some mental health troubles. But I'm trying to get back into it. I took a long walk today. I ate unhealthily but I plan on trying to do a little better with that tomorrow.
I don't know what my weight loss goal at this point is. I'm 158 lbs. I want to be around 120 or less but it's hard to lose weight considering all the meds I'm on. I guess the best I can do is try my best, eat healthy, and keep exercising.
