Unfortunately, every med I tried wasn't enough. I thought meds didn't help. Then I got off and had to go back on. The issue is some, like myself say meds have to be the answer.

Let's draw a picture, are there more than one way to get the answer 2? Yes! 1+1, 3-1, 2*1,12-10. And so on. Meds can help only so far.

And maybe it's more like this to get to 2, (102/2) - (7*7) or maybe more complicated. Keep trying add goals, add compassion, add writing, add getting enough water, add good nutrition. Maybe subtract behaviors or foods that work against you. Make something more and do it more, be consistent.

When we say, oh I didn't like meditation, it doesn't work. We could be saying once hurt to much, can't do that again as it didn't help. And we go into a deep spiral of nothing helps.

Thinking traps limit what works, and our healing. I've done the same thing. Or my idea of I can't be consistent.. . Life takes lots of effort. No building is built in one minute.

I'm not saying you aren't doing things, but from my view, something is limiting your growth. Acknowledge what is and find, practice and develop growth. You can live a life you love!
