I tried to fall asleep at my usual 7PM time and I ended up taking like 40mil of melatonin and I tried music and white noise for over 3 hours and then I had to turn off the white noise machine to fall asleep. I fell asleep at 10 which is really late for me. I woke up at about 8 thanks to my black out curtains. I’m a bit tired and I don’t know if it’s from the melatonin or just from the off night in general. My mom says I should be sleeping that way. Go to bed at 10, wake up at 8.
