Not to be blunt or anything, but have you told your doctors exactly what you just wrote? That your mind and body are terrorizing you and you wish the doctors would understand how severely it is impacting you?
Sometimes I don't tell doctors exactly what is going on. But it's harder that way for them to truly understand what you're going through.
