I am here to help you!! I know how that feels..I have been struggling alot here latley with the urges. Have you removed all the stuff you injure with from you house?? That was a big step for me..removing it makes it harder to go through with. Also I write when I get an urge..I just write everything down that I am feeling or sketch it out and then tear or burn up the paper. I also start watching a movie or go for a walk.
