Welcome to the forums
Feeling dependent on your T is a normal part of therapy. I can relate, I am VERY dependent on my T, and I worry about it sometimes. But she says it's okay, and even important to helping me heal from the problems I have. Different therapists handle it differently, so I encourage you to talk to your therapist about how you are feeling and ask for his advice and input.
