I'll try asking my friend who works for a company that contracts directly with NASA to see what she says (though she doesn't do astronaut-type work, so she may not know either).

I'm kind of laughing at all the changes though. You would think that, given their mad math skills and prediction analyses for all things outer space, they would be able to predict the weather and firm a date already. LOL.
