Yesterday was okay. I spent the entire morning beta testing an app for depression/anxiety based on the Feeling Good/Feeling Great books by David Burns. He's been talking about this app for a while and it was pretty cool to see it. Not at all what I had imagined it would be, much more complex. After that, I ate lunch and went for a walk. My meeting in the afternoon was great. I submitted a quote, it was accepted, and now I need to do the work. I also completed a cooking experiment. I did not work on revisions or my NaNo project. I did dishes but have a backlog to work through again. Why is it so hard to keep up with habits?

I am not sure about today. We had talked about going out of town but I suspect by the time my husband is ready, it will be too late to bother with the drive. I am trying to decide if I should remind him now or just forget about it. At the very least, I will
1. Do dishes
2. Finish processing veggies
3. Work from yesterday.
