1. Recognizing that I get to choose how I spend my time. If I'm unhappy somewhere or with someone(s), nothing's stopping me from leaving.
2. Doctor Who - I watched it for the first time last night. I liked it a lot!
3. Music - Currently, the Cozy Acoustic mix on Spotify.
4. I went for a walk with my friend today. We walked for 4 miles! It was nice to see him, too.
5. Physical therapy, yoga, exercise, stretching. All things physical. It all just feels really good.
