It's really good that you recognize this behavior is wrong and want to change. In my area, there are some groups that run anger management classes. It may be something to look into. There's also a book called the DBT Skills Workbook for Anger that could help.


Do you see a therapist? It would be worth setting up an appointment if you aren't already seeing someone.
