I was 161.6 today I think. Or .4. I don’t remember. So far I’ve had a measured out cup of pumpkin spice Cheerios and a pumpkin English muffin without anything on it, and a a string cheese. I also went to Sonic and I got 3 unsweetened black berry iced teas and the black berry flavorings have 5 calories each. I’m not sure exactly what else I’ll be eating. Right now I have planned out a UK Kit Kat and a can of progresso chicken noodle soup without the broth for lunch. And an Atkins shake, a hard boiled egg, and another pumpkin English muffin for dinner. Then the string cheese I just had and another egg for a snack. So that’s 1295 calories and I’m over my protein goal, under my sodium goal, just barely under my carbs goal, and for once I’m under my sugar goal. But I have this recipe for huevos rancheros for my slow cooker that I may look into. But I may just stick with what I already have planned.

Well I’m going to make the huevos rancheros. I found my 5 ingredients slow cooker book and each serving has 200 calories. So I was going to have a candy bar but I decided to have a can of progresso soup instead which had about the same amount of calories but of course it’s a lot better. I dumped the broth out. I have an Atkins shake in the fridge and then I’ll have 2 servings of the slow cooker stuff for dinner. Then probably another English muffin or something. I don’t know. Without the English muffin I’m at 1,195 calories which is incredibly low. I don’t know but I’ll figure it out.
