Days like today just confuse me. When I chug 3 large unsweetened iced teas with diet syrup in a row and also drink a diet shake to avoid hunger, to me that kinda feels like disordered behavior. But I still don’t think it’s like 100% an issue. More like just a preoccupation I have that a bunch of people with no knowledge of this sort stuff told me was an actual issue.
