I try not to drink anything like Gatorade or tea during my fasting but I’ll drink water as long as it’s not when I wake up at 2:30 at night and can’t fall back asleep because I don’t want the water to mess with my weight when I weigh myself.

Your body gets used to the fasting after a couple days.

I have a 5 ingredient slow cooker cookbook I got early last year. I used it today but I think I accidentally undercounted by like half. Which gave me a sick good feeling of self control that’s not a good feeling to have. Part of me feels good that people don’t see an issue because I kinda do see one and if they don’t see one then I can just continue on with what I’m doing. I am just so confused I know I go back and forth from post to post about if I have an issue or if I don’t.

But either way today I ate 3 good meals and 2 snacks and an Atkins shake. I did good.
