Anxiety

I made one of those 10,000 plus posts about anxiety quite recently. I hate it. I also am too tuned in to others emotions, which also feeds my anxiety at times and also is tiring. I hate showers so that isn't a solution for me (it hurts my sensitive skin, especially hot showers) I do find chocolate soothing, and warm fuzzy things (like a soft dressing gown or a teddy bear) Hot liquids, hot chocolate or hot tea, I second that (coffee isn't soothing for me)
